Authorised Vodacom dealer · YTC–DAVO ecosystem
Website concept proposal — Vodacentre Bloemfontein
Positioning
Vodacentre Bloemfontein is an authorised Vodacom dealer / shop — phones, contracts, repairs, and Vodacom LTE / fibre / business products — with a Mimosa Mall Vodacom Shop & repairs presence too.
Same address group — 3 Collins Road, Westdene:
| Brand | Role |
|---|---|
| Vodacentre | Phones, deals, repairs, Vodacom network products |
| DAVO Internet | Fibre ISP (Frogfoot, Vumatel, Openserve, Evotel, Evolution Optix) · info@davo.co.za · 051 444 4440 |
| YTC Group | Vodacom products distributor / partner · YTC Voice & Cloud PBX (combo with YTC or DAVO internet) |
One group, multiple brands — one polished digital front door that still feeds Bloemfontein sales.
The problem with the current site
vodacentre.com still works as a basic shopfront, but it is thin for how people shop today:
- Hard to browse catalogue / booklet-style specials on a phone
- Product stack (phones, Red Hot, fibre, LTE, Wireless Air, satellite, boosters, business, YTC Voice) is fragmented
- Little interactive “I want this — contact me” flow into floor sales
- Missed chance to present DAVO fibre and YTC voice alongside Vodacentre handsets
Proposed solution
A mobile-first, dealer-grade site that feels like a lacquered specials booklet — dense with information, not a thin one-pager:
- Phones & deals / Red Hot / Sim Only — clear cards, EXAMPLE prices, Enquire → Bloem sales
- Fibre — DAVO networks explained (who it’s for, open-access nets, illustrative tiers)
- LTE, Wireless Air, Satellite, Signal Boosters — educational sections + enquire CTAs
- Business + YTC Voice / PBX — combo with YTC or DAVO internet called out
- Repairs — Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, Honor · pickup · demo booking form
- Lead routing — Customer online → Form/WhatsApp → Bloem salesperson → commission stays with sales
- Branches — Collins Rd, Mimosa, Harrismith, Vryburg with live contact cues
This is not an online checkout. It is a digital front door that feeds the sales desk. See the offline demo (DEMO banner · example prices · noindex).
Salespeople keep commissions
- Enquiries tagged with device / product
- Leads go to Sales desk — Bloemfontein / consultant on duty
- WhatsApp & call CTAs use store numbers (051 447 2000 / 082 576 9890)
- Owners stay in control of the customer relationship
Bottom line: the website generates interest; the store team earns the commission.
Suggested phases
| Phase | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Demo (now) | This concept — local only, for bosses to review on a phone |
| 2. Approved build | Real content, live deals process, lead routing, forms that notify the store; optional DAVO / YTC deep-links |
| 3. Go-live | Replace or sit beside current vodacentre.com — your call |
No public launch until you approve.
Value for owners
- Dealer-grade presence matching Vodacom-linked expectations (catalogue depth)
- Surfaces the full stack: phones · LTE · fibre (DAVO) · repairs · business / YTC
- More qualified leads into Collins Road / Mimosa sales
- Protects in-store commission culture
- Visibility for Harrismith & Vryburg
- Easier to refresh specials without waiting on an old rebuild
Coenie’s role & pricing
Coenie already supports the owners with maintenance and practical work. For this project he can own the concept walkthrough, coordinate the build, and handle ongoing updates on a retainer if useful.
Pricing: to be agreed — build fee, monthly retainer, or a mix. Nothing locked; we align numbers once you like the direction.
The ask
Happy to demo in person at 3 Collins Road, Westdene, or on a call: 051 447 2000.
Concept demo — not live · for internal review only · Example deals — not live prices.
